Horizon Health in Eagle Butte, SD is seeking a full-time Patient Care Technician to assist care teams with patients in a clinical setting. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. *Individuals with CNA license in State of South Dakota are preferred, but will provide on-the-job training.

- Be willing to train/perform and complete in-house, reference laboratory procedures and become familiar with lab policy and procedures to maintain CLIA regulation including quality control and performing proficiency testing as per the organizational clinic standard.
- Take medical direction from LPNs, RNs, and providers.
- Initiate and perform skills including labs and vital signs per organizational procedure and on the job training and supervision
