Horizon Health is seeking a full-time IT Technician in the Howard Administration Building. The Information Technology (IT) Technician will provide a central point of contact for clinical computer users for Tier 1 technical support and assistance. The IT Technician will investigate and resolve problems with computer hardware, software, and electronic medical and dental records by telephone, email, and the trouble ticketing system. The IT Technician is expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the mission, values and philosophy under which this community health center operates. Successful candidates for the IT Technician should be passionate about providing high-quality, patient centered care.
