 Horizon Health in Faith, SD is seeking a full-time  Registered Dental Hygienist is responsible for coordinating all aspects of oral hygiene, appropriate preventative services and providing oral health education. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Horizon Health offers a collaborative, team-oriented work environment focused on meeting the needs of individual patients while supporting and contributing to the health and wellness of our communities. 

Graduation from an accredited school of dental hygiene (RDH) and an unrestricted license to practice Dental Hygiene in the State of South Dakota is required.  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing direct oral hygiene services, including but not limited to: dental prophylaxis, root planning, local anesthetic, sealant application and fluoride application 
  • Provides oral health management, education and appropriate individual counseling for all dental clinic patients. Assists with health education in the community and providing technical assistance, as requested. 
  • Obtains baseline hygiene assessment data based upon accepted principles of oral hygiene and periodontal care. 

*Up to $15,000 additional bonus upon hire, for full-time commitment*
